Mr. Heller is a dynamic executive with two decades of experience overseeing complex IT projects. His proficiency in program and project management, IT strategy, and quality assurance has led to successful deliveries of Business Intelligence (BI) and IT solutions for Fortune 100 companies across various sectors and global locations.

He holds an M.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems, with a minor in Economics, from Queens College, City University of New York.

He is currently the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Navitas Consulting PTE LTD, a firm based in Singapore that offers IT and accounting services by utilizing remote resources for organizations in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, providing significant cost savings for clients. 

Previously, he served as Project Manager at Aevolve Health (2018-2020), a startup dedicated to delivering medical innovations globally while providing necessary financing to medical innovators through its proprietary digital platform. In this fast-paced environment, Mr. Heller oversaw the design and development of the digital platform while taking on multiple roles. 

From 2016 to 2017, he was a Business Analytics Advisor for vVolve Management Consultants Pte Ltd, Singapore, on a part-time basis. In 2014-2015, he served as Director and Business Analytics Practice Lead at vVolve, a management consulting company focused on delivering solutions in Enterprise Information Management, Business Analytics, and Performance Management, specializing in a comprehensive range of SAP solutions, Business Objects, and OpenText. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Heller worked as the Global Business Intelligence Director at Interpublic Group, New York, from 2004 to 2013. Interpublic Group is the third largest advertising and media communication organization in the world, with around 800 agencies and 40,000 employees globally. He was responsible for formulating corporate Business Intelligence strategies and managing BI programs and projects to meet the analytical needs of the company’s agencies. His team consisted of 8 employees and up to 6 contractors, operating on an annual budget of $1.5 million and a capital expenditure budget of $1 million.

Key Accomplishments include:

  - Developing the overall architectural direction and governance for all BI solutions. 

- Creating an Enterprise Data Warehouse as a robust foundation for reporting, achieving a 99.1% success rate for data loading with over 2,000 data loads globally from 7 different SAP systems, ensuring timely access to information. 

- Conceiving a unique method for providing a self-service data extraction service from BW, which acted as a global central data repository, centralizing data access and eliminating the need for agencies to develop point-to-point interfaces—resulting in millions of dollars in savings for the organization over three years. 

- Developing a Global Vendor Spend reporting solution that allowed the Global Procurement team to achieve savings exceeding $15 million within two years.

- Designing a custom Client Profitability application utilizing BW functionalities that offered flexible options for on-the-fly cost analysis scenarios, saving each agency an average of 3 days per month. 

- Ensuring alignment with the company's strategies and other critical programs while implementing a global information strategy. 

- Establishing change control standards and testing procedures to guarantee that all delivered projects adhered to the company's quality standards. Before that, he worked at IBM Business Consulting Services, New York (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Managing Consultant on selected projects, including:

- **DuPont, Wilmington, DE:** Led a team to lay the foundation for an Enterprise Data Warehouse intended to support an Executive Dashboard, utilizing SAP Business Warehouse and Websphere Portals. 

- **Avaya, Basking Ridge, NJ:** Directed the SAP Business Warehouse implementation while redesigning an existing SAP BW solution and harmonizing the SAP R/3 instance along with a business process re-engineering program. 

- **Raytheon, Boston, MA:** Developed an Enterprise Data Warehouse within an end-to-end ERP program, leveraging SAP R/3 and BW software.

- **Gillette, Philadelphia, PA:** Developed a pilot Enterprise Portal that fully integrated all aspects of the supply chain, using SAP Workplace and BW software. 

- **TetraPak, Sweden:** Served as the finance team lead for various initiatives.
